I attended for a Kyleena IUD insertion after being advised over the phone that the procedure was bulk billed. At the appointment I was informed there would be a fee, which differed from what I had been told and what is stated on the screen in the waiting room. There was also a prior booking error for an initial consultation that was not acknowledged. Even though I always have an appointment, I am made to wait over an hour every time, so this time I decided to have a phone consultation instead. I waited for the call while suffering from a high fever, but I never received a call at the scheduled time, and in the end Dr Remeek did not call at all. Even though it is bulk billed, the clinic still receives a consultation fee through Medicare. After that, I sent a complaint email, but I received no explanation or apology. I will never be going back to this GP again.
