As a parent, I feel the need to stick up for my kid. My son just had his wisdom teeth extracted, so one would hope for some compassion. NONE, when it came to getting proper pain medication, It required me to call the office at least 3 times, finally being told, "there's just nothing I can do" When my poor kid is in excruciating pain, there's nothing they can do? Don't waste your time with this office.

Had an extraction, Dr Craig did an amazing job of numbing and extracting...I was out the door in just under an hour with minimal pain! Thank you again Dr Craig Alpha and staff

I had a tooth extracted and decided to use the option of being put out during my procedure. There was a little bit of a hard time finding a vein & getting an IV line in. I've had 30+ surgeries(a few teeth pulled before) and I knew the routine & what to expect. When they finally got the IV flowing & started putting medication into them I asked what meds they were & they wouldn't tell me. I woke up in pain along with a headache and they refused to help with my pain. They got upset that I left.
