Best tax guy in Encino – I found him from a friend. Recenlty got an audit and my ex accountant scared the daylights out of me. Went to Yoram and he saved my ...... had to pay about $ 800 to our beloved gov't ( no big deal) but Yoram charged me a flat fee about $ 500 to do the audit. Other accounants wanted to charge by the hour, he said he did not want to take advantge to my problem and I appreciate that, I will stay with him and you should go also.

The Best in L.A. – I had an audit and my accountant told me to go by myself ,did not want to represent me. My friend told me to call yoram. He worked on my audit with me for two weeks , i came out owing less than $200 thank god, He told me from the beginning not too worry its only money and he did not think it was a big deal, and he was right. I panicked for nothing, He is more like my money psychologist, i am happy i was referred to him

Wonderful tax accountant – I really found that I could ask the questions that other tax preparation companies would not answer. At Jackson Huit they would just tell me that I did not qualify or that the advice required more money than their basic service allowed. Mr. Shakib was very helpfull and explained it all in simple easy to understand language. We got all of our deducations and he found others that we never knew we could get. great tax service – Yoram Shakib has been doing my taxes for years and I have always been given the best service. He's a straight shooter which I appreciated because discussing a personal subject such as money is never comfortable and it allowed me to be blunt myself. I have been able to call several times to ask follow up questions and his staff has always helped me. It is a fast paced atmosphere in his office but there's definitely a family feel. Always a great experience – I have been getting my taxes done by Yoram Shakib for several years now and I have always had a great experience working with him and his staff. This guy's a total idiot! – I cross paths all the time with people who've used this idiot, Yoram, in the past. They ALL have horror stories to tell. For starters, he allocates only 20 minutes per client - regardless of how complicated your taxes are to prepare - and a trap door practically opens up underneathe you to swallow you whole once this time limit is up. Avoid this company – As the previous comment stated- stay away from this company. They are unprofessional and do not explain anything to you. They rush you through like you are a number to them. Stay away....and if you are already a client, I suggest you take strong referrals from friends you trust.
