I have tried three times to speak to an agent concerning a rental. They ask for a name or extension to contact when there is none. They say to use the website and the property is not listed,frustrating for sure.
Seth was a big help for my as I navigated the application process with Pure NC. She is very professional, helpful, and responsive.
HORRIBLE COMPANY AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Inquired about a property - NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. They don't give a shit about you and that's obvious. Absolutely ridiculous. I reached out about a rental, followed all the steps, and was told there was a grace period before they’d make a decision. I followed up multiple times and got completely ignored.
