I have to say that this is by far the best business owner I have ever come in contact with. Not just A/C, but any company. Luke REALLY cares about what he does and that the job is done right. He goes above and beyond to do the job he was hired for. He takes the time to explain things to you that make sense to someone that doesn’t know about air conditioning and how and why it works the way it does. Luke and Alpha Comfort Design were amazing. Luke was incredibly responsive, even responding in a Friday night and arriving Saturday morning when our a/c went out. He was also onsite as soon as possible replacing our unit. In addition to being responsive, Luke was professional and very easy to work with. 10+/10!

Amazing company. The owner Luke is extremely professional and his work is incredible. He was able to change out both of my ACs in an extremely timely manner. This company went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to the highest degree possible. Luke offered is expertise and knowledge throughout every step of the process and It’s always available for advice or support whenever needed.

Luke came in and fixed my old and broken ac same day I called. Got it working in the dead of summer during busy times. He was able to come in a week later and installing a new unit for a great price and did fantastic work. A+ Professional
