She gets to know your tastes and expectations, then provides a solution that is truly perfect for you. She is always there to consult and problem-solve.? Had two closets designed and installed by this company. The whole experience was painless, from the first meeting to the installation. The design suggestions were very functional, and the installation was performed quickly and in a quality manner. The clean up was good too. I have other closets to work on, and will definitely call on Alpha Closets again when I am ready.
Was not well organized; lack of communication; job was not measured properly and no one seemed to care. their prices were on the high side for the quality of work performed. I have several other closets to redo and will not consider hiring them in the future nor would I recommend them to anyone.
