I should have read the reviews after I had them come to my home the 2nd time to repair my frozen lines. They came out 3 times and my issue was never fixed. Lou claimed if I called within 30 days they would repair the issue for free but I did that and they said there was no issue. Of course after the 30 days passed the issue returned and he charged me again. I ended up contacting another company which finally repaired my issue. Do not get your ac serviced by this company. They came out to our home at least 4 different times to fix our newly installed AC/Heating units and they don’t know what they’re doing. It’s still not fixed and we have to constantly keep calling them over and over to come out to fix the units. Every time they come to look at the units, they claim they have to leave and go back to the warehouse to get parts. They’ve looked at our units over 4 times, what else do you need?
