I woke up last Friday almost completely immobile from a lifting injury at work. After a weekend on bed rest with ice packs I was comfortable enough to get up and around and back to work, but have had a bit of persistent light pain and stiffness through the week. She listens. Easy to talk to. I was skeptical at first, but am a believer. I had hip tension in right hip. I went a couple of times and the alignment is back. Now I need to stretch daily. I have a feeling this is going to move me into yoga which is fine.
Fantastic work, friendly, and professional. Really couldn't ask for anything more. I was in such pain 3 days ago, and now I feel sooo much better.
