Called to get an idea of how much their services would cost. All the person could tell me was that they charge a flat rate and it varies. I tried to get more information like what was the average range and she said she couldn't tell me I would have to do the consultation. We don't have time to do a one hour consultation over and over with mediators just to find out the price. These folks should be able to tell what the averages are for 'mild' vs. complicated divorces.
