Very unprofessional experience. I had to wait 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, only to have it cancelled without proper notice. Be prepared to wait, as it seems he double books clients. I wouldn’t recommend if you value your time.
I went with my husband to get his DOT physical and it was the best experience ever! If I could give Dr. Nick 10+ stars I would! He put my husband at ease and was so friendly, caring and very thorough. They both hit it off right from the start. My husband got and passed his physical with flying colors. If you need a physical for your CDL don't even hesitate going to Alpha. You won't be sorry. Thanks so much Dr. Roumpakis, you're the best!!!!
