I worked with Frank and Ronny. Both were very professional. Ronny made a Sunday appointment; because rain was expected, he came on Saturday. It only took a few hours to assemble the wheelchair ramp. It makes a world of difference. I recommend Alpha Supply Care for your medical needs.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Todd from Alpha Care! He guided me through an entire build out of my salon suites business, from literally dirt floors to the beautiful space we have today. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Alpha! They recently installed a stair glide for my dad, and the entire experience was exceptional. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly detail-oriented. They understood the urgency of our situation and worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and prompt service made a tremendous difference for our family during a challenging time. I am truly grateful for their outstanding service and ... read more

Alpha installed a Stilz elevator in my home. Todd Schaffer was my main contact with Alpha; he was very knowledgeable about the construction required for the installation of the elevator and he negotiated my contract. He sent two crews of men to perform the work, one for the construction prep work and one to install the elevator. Every man in each crew was exceptional, they were courteous, hardworking, efficient and they made sure that everything was clean and neat before the left my home.

Do NOT do business with these people. I purchased a stairlift from their predecessor Dermer Stairlifts in June of 2024 for my mother. When my mother passed away Dermer had been taken over by Alpha. I reached out to Alpha to see if they were interested in buying back the stairlift. They sent someone over to remove it two months ago. A month after they took my property, they still had not paid me for it, so I reached out. Many times. After multiple phone calls the owner finally returned my call and said that a check would be f... read more
