If I could, I would give this service -100 stars. I received an approved letter from this medical group, but when I called the pharmacy, they said they have no record of me. Additionally, the pharmacy phone number provided in the letter is incorrect. Why am I being given all this incorrect information and instructions? I'm paying almost $400 per month for this terrible insurance service.
Absolutely DO NOT choose this medical group particularly if you live in the Coachella Valley.
