Best experience I've had so far in the lengthy history of dental work I've had. So happy with them!
Went to Dr. Nguyen for a root canal only because he accepted medicaid. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. He has ZERO bedside manner, his office is grungy and the equipment looks like it's from the 1970's. He barely said hello and after he began the procedure he spent the whole time engaged in mindless back and forth banter with his assistant about 'Chinese Buffets' and their menus. A terrible endodontics experience and even worse customer service. Our primary care dentist referred my wife for a root canal. Of the 90 minutes spent there, Dr. Nguyen met with her for 10 minutes. He only discussed the tooth of concern and recommended 3 treatment options, only 1 of which was correct (that we later learned from getting a 2nd opinion). Dr. Nguyen correctly said she didn't need a root canal on that tooth but he missed that she needs a root canal on an adjacent tooth. Due to the misdiagnosis we requested a refu... read more
Dr. Nguyen worked with incredible precision for my root canal which had been done incorrectly by another dentist - and I had no pain!! He and his office staff are very professional and provide details about after care and insurance coverage. Highly recommend!
