Alpha Home and Commercial Building Inspections was recommended by our real estate agents. Jon LaBier was our inspector. Jon was very thorough and extremely kind and helpful. He explained the process to us and answered any and all questions we might have had. He was very pleasant. The inspection was done on our soon to be home at 22 Watts Landing, Pine Creek, Litchfield, NH. We would highly recommend the company and Jon especially.
I had an home inspection performed by Luke who was very knowledgeable and professional in all aspects. He took his time to assure us that the home we wanted is good to go. He reassured us on the 90 day guarantee after closing whigh was nice to hear, in case we do run into problems. I would highly recommend Luke and Alpha for future home inspections.
