RecommendedI would highly recommend Luke from Alpha. Our realtor recommended him. He did an amazing job and caught stuff that could have been big issues. House is located in Sanford, ME. Nice detailed report emailed same day with pictures. He went over everything with us at the end of the inspection and allowed us to ask as many questions as we wanted. He spent a lot of time there and did a thorough inspection. Also an affordable price! Steven who set up the inspection was also extremely helpful and friendly.
I am currently in the process of trying to buy my first home in Amherst, NH. It has been exciting and stressful all at the same time. My realtor recommended Alpha Inspections. I was not disappointed. Jim Reid came out to do my inspection. He was fabulous! He was extremely thorough, he took the time to show me what he was seeing and explain things so that I could understand. My inspection report was back that night. He eased a lot of my worries and even gave me tips on upkeep for the future. I would highly recommend!

We found them on Google after searching for companies near Nashua and were persuaded by all of their positive reviews and they lived up to expectations. Ken, our inspector, was very thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The turn around time for our report was very fast. And Michelle at the administrative office was incredible helping us get everything handled to fit our transaction timeline. We would definitely recommend or use them again.
