Jim did an excellent job! Jim was excellent in walking me through my first home inspection. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He left no stone unturned at the house, I was very impressed. Even after the inspection, they were happy to help me with some concerns that I had with the property. The home was older and had obvious areas that needed attention. The resulting report was a comprehensive package that indicated the areas of concern. Unafraid to inspect the scary parts of the buildings. Unafraid to mention issues to the Seller. Quite thorough.
