Great experience with a home inspection. Lee is very knowledgeable and straight forward when it comes to matter of a home. After completion, he emails a comprehensive list of EVERYTHING that is wrong in the home with recommendations on how to fix them. He is very professional and time efficient. He uses all contractor codes to ensure the home is safe as well as helping the person to know what problems he or she should expect in the future. highly recommend.

I cannot more highly recommend someone. The best kind of people to work with. I got an inspection from them 3 months ago before purchasing an 80 year old home. I uncovered a problem that was covered up by a contractor. In a panic I called everyone I could think of over the weekend, and they called me back. Even though there was no way they could have caught the issue because it had been covered up, we spoke on the phone over the weekend, they came by before work, and went above and beyond to help me.
