Absolute best experience I’ve ever had with a body shop. The office is on point with everything from the estimate, timeline, communication, all the way to delivery of vehicle. It doesn’t get better than the service Alpha offers. I would give them 10 stars if possible.
These people really care about the customer. Very friendly and you can tell it's not only about making a profit for them. Their mechanics are very knowledgeable and help out with as much as possible! They did excellent work and very reasonable on prices, where as another body shop quoted me a couple thousand. They were a fourth of the price and super knowledgeable. Even washed the outside and vacuumed the inside. Highly recommend them for any body work.
