Very shady. Told me to test drive the car for ten says and threw the plate in my face. Later in the evening, he threatens, not once, but twice to file a police report if I don't bring him the money or his car back asap. Never agreed on his "arrangement". No receipts, documents, signatures.. Pressured me severely. Very unprofessional.
