Robert took good care of me here. I’ve found my new mechanic home. I am new to the area and I was worried About finding a place that I can trust.
I contacted Alpha Auto regarding my 2015 Chevy Suburban that I wanted to have a 3” lift installed therefore allowing me to add bigger tires and rims. I had already reached out to other places who basically didn’t care about the actual vehicle, they just wanted money. Alpha took the time to do a full inspection of the vehicle prior to doing any of the work and provided me with an insight as to what needed to be done. I recommend Alpha 4x4 for anyone in need of an honest mechanics who takes pride in their work. Robert the owner is a straight shooter, he'll take his time and figure out what is going on with your vehicle. He'll explain to you what's going on and what's needed to solve the issue. I cant thank Alpha 4x4 enough for the great service that I received.
I am a CEDA recipient, and I was sent To Alpha via their Auto assistance program. I have to say I was pleasantly greeted and treated with respect and kindness from Robert! I was devastated when he shared the news that my engine was in failure but he calmed my nerves and offered the most honest advice that I needed! Shout out to this shop I have found my new Mechanic!
Im just going to go ahead and say it, this is my permanent mechanic now!!!! Lol My experience at Alpha Auto Repair was so smooth and easy going. Quick turn around time and the owner is so awesome. The coolest mechanic I've ever met. Personable and funny. The work was awesome, my car drives like a dream now . I am extremely happy!!! He definitely looked out for me and made sure my vehicle was in tip top shape.
