. You could have easily called me back and explained all of this when I picked the vehicle up instead of responding in such a rude and dismissive way here. The attitude is nasty and unprofessional. I truly hope CEDA reviews all client experiences at this shop so they won’t keep sending people here. ⭐ Review Ceda paid $2,500 for repairs on my vehicle. Unfortunately, the car still rides poorly, and my tires now lose air 2–3 times a day. The suspension doesn’t feel fixed at all, and the only improvement I can see is the brakes. Ceda is a great program that truly helps people with car repairs, but I feel that some repair shops may be taking advantage of Ceda clients by charging a lot yet doing incomplete work. They have had my car since april. Fixed the problem but caused more problems and wont let me get it untill ceda pays them. The over charged ceda the max that i was allowed and now its broke again under there hands and I cant get my car back yet. Plus they dont answer the phone or call back. They were supposed to look at it last week but didnt. Holiday week take the whole weekend off. So dont take your car there near a holiday. And if theres an emergency of any kind the whole shop closes. Ceda needs to get them off there list... read more
