Best people ever went their to get quoted for a scrape on my ford escape and the guy working their is so nice has good customer service he said they would paint and pull the dent out he is a trustworthy man I will be customer for them oil changes anything mechanical is Alpha I didn’t get my car fixed yet but he checked my car to see what factory paint it has so he can order right paint
I called the owner every week for over a month but was not able to get ahold of him, during thid time 8 expired registration registration tickets were placed on my car because my car was left on the street. The owner did not work on this car during this time. What he did was tell his neighbor how much he should offer me for the vehicle. We were scheduled to leave for a 1,000-mile family road trip on a Friday morning, and our brakes started squealing horribly on Thursday afternoon. I scrambled to find a shop, and Alpha squeezed us into their schedule. They replaced the pads and rotors quickly and got us safely on the road in time. Phenomenal, fast customer service when we needed it most
Someone deeply keyed the driver-side door of my brand new black sedan while it was parked downtown. I was devastated. Alpha Auto Body completely erased the damage. Black paint is notoriously difficult to blend perfectly, but they did an absolute masterclass job. It looks straight off the showroom floor. Highly recommend their body shop!
I spent three weeks trying to figure out a weird rattling sound under my hood that two other local shops couldn't diagnose. Brought it to the team here, and within an hour, they found a loose bracket and an aging belt. They fixed it fast, charged me an incredibly fair price, and didn't try to upsell me on anything extra. Super honest mechanics, which is hard to find these days
