My wife's car was rear-ended and received about 9k in damage. I usually deal with someone else for repairs but let the insurance company persuade me to use Alpha. The desk personnel were wonder. That's nice, but I was more concerned on getting a good job on the car. I'm absolutely delighted. Upon completion, the car looks better than when brand new. It also runs and handles like new. Everyone was easy to deal with. I'm thankful.
