My first experience with Alpha Auto was less than a positive one with miscommunication. But the owner reached out to me, apologized, and wanted to make up for it. He offered me another vehicle he knew I might be interested in at even a more discounted price. I was hesitant at first but I believe in second chances and it also meant something to me that he reached out to try to correct a mistake.
