It’s really hard to get through them, they just don’t want to waste money on personal. Sooooo slow to respond.
VERY! VERY! UNPROFESSIONAL. I own 2 Condos and never received the Laws and Bylaws of the Association. I requested a copy and was told by Shawn Thornton in an email to request an appointment by registered mail. I will then get an appointment to come to their Office in Mt. Dora. After reading some of the reviews, I might be better off reporting them to the BBB and seeking Legal Advice. I was told by her in emails that they do not send out payment Coupons. This Shawn lady needs to find a new career. She's rude, disrespectful, doesn't care about home owners or tenants. She goes out of her way to be combative and difficult. She would rather argue than solve a problem. Two thumbs down. Zero stars. Do not hire this company.
I gave this one star, because I had to. They deserve ZERO stars. Terrible service company. Property Manager Shawn Thornton is rude, uncooperative and quite suspiciously when I was there to speak to her about my townhome purchase, no less than 5 other property owners called in to complain that their HOA dues were not properly credited to their accounts. Very bad experience with Shawn. She is so disrespectful and doesn't care about her job at all. I don't know why they keep her there because she is bringing it down and makes it impossible to deal with anyone from HOA. Very bad customer service.
