We have been using Alpha and Omega for almost a whole year now. They are fabulous. Abby is so helpful when we call and gets us scheduled whenever they are in town, we live way out in the country. We had a horrible spider issue really early on in the year and since using them I hardly see any spiders anymore. They lay traps down everywhere and trade them out every time they come to spray. I used this company for the first time this week. The guy came out, set bait traps and was very friendly. I cut him a check while still inside the house before going back to work. He walked out to his car to grab pesticides to spray the exterior of my house but said he didn't have them with him and that he would come back. He told me he would be back the next day to spray around the house and fill the whole with steel mesh. He NEVER came back, and the company will not answer or return my phone calls or emails.
