I checked this place out, not intending to buy anything. I ended up being greeted by wonderful staff and got myself a grad gift during the black Friday preview sale! Lovely ladies and quality pieces!
Customer service was immaculate and great, ladies were so helpful, I was visiting from Florida and ended up upgrading my wedding ring to something I LOVED and my husband bought a black wedding ring as well! If you are in Chicago, Illinois, this Jewelry Store is a place you should definitely visit!!
The staff really went above and beyond to help me purchase a gift and make it extra special. They were very attentive and gave me great options to choose from. They were so thoughtful about all the little details from the choice of a card and envelope for a personalized message down to the color and style of wrapping paper to surprise loved ones. I had a fantastic experience! I came in looking for a new set of earrings to match a new piercing and everyone there was very helpful! They helped find the perfect earrings that matched and even went above and beyond to offer to order the same pair in white gold! Everyone was very kind and I appreciated the time they took for me to look at options and try on different earrings to find the ones I loved! I will definitely come back in the future!
