I came in looking for a replacement for my wedding band, which I previously lost. While I thought it would be hard to find a replacement for something so important, the help of Cynthia and Alizée made the process as smooth as could be. They helped me find a beautiful ring that I absolutely love and was able to offer me a reasonable price while even managing to get it sized that same day. I couldn’t be happier with my new ring!
Ms Paola and Ms Shayla and the team were extremely amazing. They greeted us upon arrival and were extremely helpful. We had an issue with a Movado bought elsewhere with the clip. Me Paola immediately said she would have a look at it and minutes later it was back in excellent condition. The whole team of girls were just so helpful and showed me many pieces of jewelry the store had to offer. It was so refreshing to get amazing service in such a busy day in the outlet mall, Thank you guys for everything!
