Update 01/24/24 - We hired a second company for another opinion, and not only did this first company not install the variable speed motor correctly for us to be able to change it ourselves without having to call a tech in, but it turns out we were also charged for freon (which was already in the condeser) AND also charged us for a 2.5 ton Heat Pump System - which was never actually installed (so no means of heating our home during the winter)!!!
