An absolute nightmare to deal with. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. I have had this AC for a month and a half and it has never functioned the way it is supposed to and they seem unable/unwilling to fix it. I first had them come to install a new AC in my house, they started by insulting my house and making jokes about my cat running away in Spanish as they leave the front door open not knowing that we could understand what they were saying. Great customer service. Work was done very thorough. The owner explain what needs to be done before proceeding. I did not realized how dirty my ducts were. I recommend everyone have their ducts cleaned and recommend this company.
