Initially came across as a reliable and trustworthy business until we were told one of our toilets had to be reset and a new wax ring was needed. I contacted the company as my invoice stated there was a warranty on their work, it wasn't until they arrived that they told me i would have to pay. When asked about my warranty, they told me without even seeing the toilet, that it was set correctly and the moisture that was detected was from a previous issue. I contacted alpha 24 plumbing for an urgent pipe leaking Wed late afternoon, they went next day early morning and quickly identified the cause. And used hydrojet throughly cleaned up these greasy pipes and cleaner after themselves as well. They did excellent quality work with reasonable price
Had a new bathroom addition that Alpha24 Plumbing came out to do for us and let me tell you, best quote, fast turn around, and amazing customer service. The moment you needed them they would come same day withing hours. They truly went above and beyond. So grateful that I ran into this company. When we build our pool and will need the plumbing for that, their definitely coming back.
