Have had a completely abysmal experience with Alpha-1, given the relative simplicity of the repairs required. Through an RAC claim, I was sent to Alpha-1 to rectify some minor scratches to the bonnet and windscreen. After a week with the car in their care, I had it returned with a pristine bonnet however, the replaced windscreen had a deep gouge in it, along with some superficial scratches surrounding it. I then had to provide the car to Alpha-1 for another two days to have this windscreen replaced. I was absolutely appalled... read more
These guys do a fantastic job! I always ask my insurance company for this repairer because they are always fast and the car comes back looking great. Paint always blends perfectly and friendly service. Definitely recommend.
