Horrible customer care by Jackie. I mistakenly added Alper Law as my registered agent, as I retained this firm to create documents for my LLC. I had contacted Florida DOS and they informed me how to correct it on my next annual filing. She's been rude and a bully. Downright nasty with threats. Not one shred of decency. I was going to overlook that she made mistakes on my documents when I first hired them but her horrible attitude cannot be overlooked.
