Very outdated. Dirty carpet . Nice size rooms . Love location and all the extra room.
This place is beautiful and the surroundings are also. Needs a little face-lift here and there. We had only one chair for the table and one chair for the balcony but we enjoyed our trip. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and spacious.
“It’s a no for me.” The Alpenhof Hotel feels like the kind of place you want to root for… until you actually set foot inside. It’s a shame such a structure exists in the Tetons with this little upkeep. 8-10- 25 Although the outside of the building is breathtakingly beautiful the inside looks like a college dorm from the 70s that is desperate need of a make over. The sheets were new and clean and the bathroom was clean. The rugs are filthy, the furniture old, chipped and worn, and our room smelled so musty that we had to ask for a new one. The second room the air conditioner sounded like a jet motor. Being in the mountains screens on the windows would have solved the problem, just open the windows.
