Office staff is friendly and professional. My now multiple experiences are that should I need their services, Lemaster cares about the whole patient and I am in good hands with her.
Michael D. Paulsell was assigned to me for an endoscopy procedure. I expressed that I was scared of being sedated (knocked out) for an endoscopy. He didn't say anything about it. I emailed the company through the portal. He was able to do it with a numbing spray for back of the throat and a mild sedation than being knocked out. When they mentioned sedated for emergencies, I started to freak out. I told them if they do the procedure if I have a hard time to stop what they doing / quit the procedure than putting me under. Very rude front desk girl..refused my care for not wearing a mask but girls in office weren't wearing one..doesn't seem right Won't go back..plenty of surgeons around
