About this business
Our mission is to promote self-esteem and confidence through exercise and gymnastics instruction. Alpena Gymnastics has been a non-profit organization since 2007. Our gym offers a safe and fun way to stay active all year long. We offer more than just gymnastics as we have Ninja, Open gyms, Pizza night and Teen night. We also offer Aerial silk classes for kids and adults. Come check us out!

They believe having a good time is more important than being taught correct and proper technique. Allow volunteer teenagers coach large groups of kids with basically no adult supervision. It is not safe for children. They use it to their advantage that they are the only gymnastics facility around.
