They sell you carpet that is supposed to be high quality, but then when it dont prove to be and strings keep coming out EVERYWHERE and fail a home inspection test at 70 % and wont do anything for you and pretty much tell you tuff luck.. yeah no good in my book! And the fact the owner wouldnt even call me to talk to me about this knowing how upset I was about this just shows me he dont really care about his customers..
