Absolute worst experience ever. They don’t even deserve a single star. Ruined my daughters coat. When I took it back the owners immediately started yelling at me and telling me it wasn’t their fault. After trying to deescalate the situation repeatedly, they just told me the $300+ coat was “junk “ and “why would you even pay so much for it?!” In the end I left with the coat, nothing resolved and not so much as the cleaning fee reimbursed.
