Awful. We spent $85k on windows and not one is perfect. Inconsistent gaps throughout, screen doors keep falling off, and more... The issues list is long but one that keeps on giving - the window frames and even the sealant - are painted. We ordered gray and the cheap paint they used just falls off. At least they could've used gray sealant - especially when the shipping protectors include placing tape on the sealant... agh. These windows are 1 year old...I can't imagine 5 years from now. We just had our Alpen Triple Pane fiberglass windows installed last week. We are in Northern Arizona, so we have big temperature swings and were very curious to see the difference in the insulation factor. Even before the stucco was finished on the outside, we noticed a huge difference. We used a laser temp gun and there was a 9 degree difference on the sill between the old window and new.
