Top quality plumbing experience - honestly priced – We live in Seminole Heights in Tampa and our drainage finally gave way. Probably about time after 90+ years. Fantastic Company!!! – Since moving to the area 6 months ago, I haven't needed any plumbing work but I recently had some toilet issues. My neighbor recommended Alpaugh Plumbing, they have been using them for over 20 years and never had a bad experience. I called mid Monday morning and the lady who answered the phone was very polite, took all my information, quoted me the rates and scheduled the call for later in the day. STAY AWAY!!! – What a joke! They arrive 90 minutes late and have the nerve to charge you for "time and travel". Mr Alpaugh is more interested in taking your money than taking care of repeat customers. I had an 8:30am appointment. At 8:40 they called saying they were late and would be there within the hour. I call at 9:30 and they say they are "around the corner" and on their way. They finally show up at 10:00.
