This is a HORRIBLE place to stay, if I could put no stars I would. When you first get the trailer everything’s amazing, landlords nice, she communicates, responds to messages. The longer you stay here the worse it gets. Horrible communication, everything’s covered up in the trailers to make them look nice these trailers are completely scams. I rented from this landlord for two years and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were always kind, approachable, and truly cared about making sure everything was taken care of. Anytime I needed something or had a concern, they responded quickly and made sure it was resolved without delay. Repairs were always handled in a timely manner, and communication was easy and stress-free. I never had any issues during my time renting and always felt supported as a tenant.
