Never back with em completely worthless company
This insurance is a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars. Is also in a very good price. And when you go to the store the workers are very respectful and kind. Nancy is so kind and she helped me with everything I wanted to know.
Horrible customer service, i was calling just to verify an insurance policy for a mutual customer and they just kept hanging up on me. I called at least 10 times before i could get a hold of them. Only reason they answered this time was because i called from my cell phone and not the office phone. Unacceptable customer service.
Very satisfied with the service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Sean worked diligently to ensure I got the best rate possible. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.
