So thankful to Troy for the service, we spent the weekend trying to find a missing part to connect our bbq to the natural gas with no success. Unfortunately noone was sure what we needed. My husband made a call to Alouetter heating and gas and he met me at the office to look at the parts we had right away. Due to the unusual parts we had he quickly came by and figured out what was wrong and what we needed. He ran out got the parts and installed everything in no time at all.
