Pulte is trash. Avoid at all costs. Their models look great but the quality they deliver is not even close. They hire sub par contractors and will move you into the home when things are unfinished. Then they'll tell you they can't fix anything until their "10 month check-in". I have never been so disappointed in my life. My AC didn't work for 3 days when we moved in during the summer then my heat didn't work when I turned it on for the first time in winter.
