We moved from the Midwest and weren’t sure where to settle in the Phoenix area. Peoria turned out to be the perfect choice, affordable and up and coming with great mountain view lots at a reasonable price. DR Horton’s lot premiums far less than the other builders in the surrounding area which made sense to us. Brooke, Jonathan, and Amie have been great to work with. They’re quick to respond, send us construction updates and always helpful. The process has been smooth, and we’re excited to see our new home being built!
As a first-time homebuyer, I had no idea where to start. I’ve always liked the idea of something new, and I’m so glad I went with a new build. The process was way easier than I expected! I chose the Amherst floor plan because I loved the his-and-her sinks and closets — which quickly became a hers-and-hers closet, giving me even more space all to myself. D.R. Horton has definitely been one of our favorite communities we’ve checked out! The whole process was super easy, and the sales team, especially Brooke, was awesome to work with. One thing we really liked was how straightforward everything was — no overwhelming design center or a bunch of add-ons. The price is the price, which is so much better than dealing with other builders who can’t seem to give you a clear number.
