For for the eyebrows and facial Abby is the very BEST when it comes to eyebrow shaping and waxing!!! She also gives amazing facials :) I have had my share of very bad eyebrow screw ups so I'm very picky about who messes with them. I drive about 30 miles to see her since she moved to aloosions. She is worth the drive. She puts so much thought into every hair she takes out its an art! If you are lucky to have her near then I HIGHLY recommend her she actually knows what she's doing.
Complicated. Purchased a voucher for mani, haircut, massage, etc. Came in and was told that card expired after six months -- as indicated by a mere (6) on the back panel... I had to come back the next day for another appt, since "you can only utilize one service a day", and they hadn't even made the appointment for the right day...
Aloosions Salon and Spa is the best place in AZ for cut and color! This place is incredible! The stylist department knows their color! I found them in the short hair magazine and got the most adorable haircut from Donna. I would highly reccomend her! My color is awesome! I have high and low lights and the blend in beautiful! I have never been stopped so many times by people telling me I have great hair! The salon is soo charming the staff is sooo sweet and outgoing! Highly recommend checking this place out!
A Complete Joke As someone who knows the beauty industry in and out, this place is a complete joke. There are maybe two technicians here who actually are educated and know what they are doing. Brittany is awesome with hair, and Penny is great with nails. The selling tactics they use are pushy and way to strategic instead of actually using the proper product knowledge to up-sell. Best Facial I have ever had! I am constantly in search of great spas where they actually know what they are doing I have never experienced a facial like this in my life. Kimberly is an esthetician at Aloosions and she definitely knows her stuff. Not only did she take her time with cleaning out all my pores, she almost gave me a full body massage during her facial treatment. I will be back to see her now every single month! Nobody has experienced a facial until they have received a facial from Kimberly at Aloosions!
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING I love Aloosions salon and spa because it is the best Scottsdale has to offer. Any service that you desire whether it's a massage, hair color, extensions, cut, acrylic nails, pedicure, permanent makeup, eyelash extensions, facials, peels, wraps or anything you can think of, even foot detoxing or ear candling; you can find at Aloosions and it will be the best you've ever had...
horrible I get my hair done all the time and I have never had a worse job in my life. I went home crying because the girl turned my blonde hair ORANGE. It was really over-priced too.. I had to pay AGAIN to get my hair re-done as well because it was so bad. Every person I ran into actually told me to go back and get it re-done because it looked so bad. People asked me the name of the salon too so they never went there. It made me feel horrible.
Friendly Customer Service I originally tried Aloosions because I was given a gift certificate. I'm not a normal spa person but this place changed my mind. It is very clean and spacious and the prices aren't too bad considering it is Scottsdale. The ladies are always cheerful and they always ask if I need anything. Massage Amber gives a great massage as well as body wraps. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Soft lights and music. The sessions range from thirty minutes to one hour. You will feel great after a visit with her.
