VERY thorough review on ALL services I purchased a card from a Smart Circle sales rep. For a bargain rate of $50, I got the following as an intro to Aloosions: 30 min. facial, min. massage, manicure, and haricut. One of these pays for itself - very good deal! Abbie's facials Rock!!!! I just experienced the most amazing facial! Abbie truly is gifted at what she does! She is knowledgable, thorough, very sweet, but it is her "magic touch" that sets her a part from the rest! She has this confident, yet gentle touch that transports you to another place. A Complete Joke As someone who knows the beauty industry in and out, this place is a complete joke. There are maybe two technicians here who actually are educated and know what they are doing. Brittany is awesome with hair, and Penny is great with nails. The selling tactics they use are pushy and way to strategic instead of actually using the proper product knowledge to up-sell. Best Facial I have ever had I had the best facial I have ever experienced in my entire life! Kim is excellent and so educated about skin. She is the first facialist that I have gone to that really seems to know what she is talking about! My skin is glowing and feels so soft! I have signed up to go back and see her every month now! I cant wait to my next visit!
Complicated. Purchased a voucher for mani, haircut, massage, etc. Came in and was told that card expired after six months -- as indicated by a mere (6) on the back panel... I had to come back the next day for another appt, since "you can only utilize one service a day", and they hadn't even made the appointment for the right day... In the end, the services were okay, but they were NOT worth the stress and frustration. I don't recommend the place. Great Day Spa! This salon and spa is great. The staff is so warm and inviting and they really are knowledgable about what they do. Their skin department have the best estheticians I have ever experienced and not to mention they totally relax and pamper you while making changes in your skin. I would highy recommend Aloosions to everyone.
horrible I get my hair done all the time and I have never had a worse job in my life. I went home crying because the girl turned my blonde hair ORANGE. It was really over-priced too.. I had to pay AGAIN to get my hair re-done as well because it was so bad. Every person I ran into actually told me to go back and get it re-done because it looked so bad. People asked me the name of the salon too so they never went there. It made me feel horrible.
The Best Salon I have been going to Aloosions since I moved to AZ 4 years ago. The atmosphere is wonderful. Everyone that works there makes me feel so comfortable. I look forward to my appointments. Kim gives the best facial I've ever had, Donna is an awesome hair stylist and keeps up on all the latest techniques. And Penny has done wonders with my nails. I highly recommend this salon.
