Came to home and encouraged insurance filings and consistently looked for opportunities to expand the scope outside of roof repair which he knew before coming to property. Never provided estimate and made me highly uncomfortable after realizing damages from his inspections to my roof ventilation channel. No follow up. Wouldn’t waste time.
Have used Alonzo Pro Remodel many times over the last 6 or 7 years. We hired a different and larger local company to install a large covered front porch on our house and we regret not giving the job to Alonzo Pro because they would have done the job right the first time and probably for a fraction of the price.
