Words cannot begin to express how happy I am to have found this practice. First off, you are greeted very warmly at the front desk. I came from NJ so this is very new to me but this was much more than good customer service. Not only was I welcomed to the practice but also to FL. They treat you as if they have known you for years. Just moved to Brandon and so happy to have found Alonso Family Dentistry. Not only because they welcome you like family, but because they truly explain everything to you and make sure you are feeling comfortable. They are conservative when it comes to treatments, so you can have that peace of mind that they won’t be pushing any unnecessary procedures on you. Love my new dentist!
I am so happy I made the decision to go to this dental office! No upselling, very professional and honest! I love the staff very down to earth all are so kind! If I got her name right I believe Elite did my deep clean so good took her time! Dr Alonso spot on with everything gave me his recommendation Steffany catered to my schedule perfectly! As well as the lady who sits behind her could not catch her name treated me like family! Thank you!!
Beautiful and comfortable state of the art office. All members of staff are friendly, but Lisandra is my favorite. Aletha did a great cleaning too
