I chose Alonso AC for its high reviews in Yelp to check on my Chevy Equinox faulty front AC blower. I can't say enough about the customer service culture from Alonso meeting me to guide me to the shop to Yerson doing a fine job finding the root cause (plugged drain), replacing the resistance/controller and getting me on my way in less than two hours after a very reasonable charge for both parts and labor. Alonso is now my AC shop when needed, thanksÂ
Bought my van in cause the A/C was not blowing cold air. These guys sorted it out real quick.Â
Everyone here is so kind and helpful. They quickly gave me a temporary fix until we could diagnose my problem. After finding the issue, they gave me a quote but also told me to check if there was a recall with my car's maker. Turns out, it was indeed a problem covered by an extended warranty. Very grateful for their professionalism and honesty. Would definitely recommend going here. Can't thank them enough!!!Â
