Alongside provided terrible aides for my Mother. Most would just sit on their cell phones and do nothing. Aides are untrained and subpar. Their aide broke my moms back by throwing her in bed . One of her nignt aides Latoya would throw her in bed when taking her to and from the bathroom. I know this because I had cameras installed . When I reported it to the agency .
