I called this office earlier because I wanted to list my property in Mohave Valley and they stated they would return my call which someone did. I could not answer the phone at that minute because I was on another important call so I called back and this man answered and he said he was not the one who called and he was the only one who had been there all day then later he says can I help you and I told him I would rather talk to the person that called me so she could get the commission if I sold my property. I moved out and Shannon send me a certified letter to an empty apartment. I received a text on what my forwarding address. Shannon couldn't wait a few more minutes (I work) for me to respond. She said I didn't respond and that her phone was messing up and didnt get that one message on my forwarding address. Lack of professionalism. This was in August!
