i called alon realty twice in regards to a property to finally get an agent. i asked both times do the property accept section 8 and was told yes. she even said she checked with the agent. so the agent finally gets back to me and then says he has to check if the property takes section 8. i wait until the next evening and asked if he was able to verify he just read the message and didn’t respond. as from previous reviews i see this is a common occurrence and am glad i didn’t go through them for my leasing request.

I didn’t even want to give one star please do not use this company.I hired them to manage my rental property Dwain woodwork was supposed to be managing and screening my tenants they don’t screen tenants and they fob it mange the property.The people who moved in my house has no jobs produced fake pay stubs never paid rent on time.I had to evict them and when I finally got out of my house they destroyed my home.They were doing drugd I.
