I had a Cool Peel done with esthetician Sammy. She is so knowledgeable about skin and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. She gave excellent detail on post op care instructions. Sami did a dermaplaning facial on me and it was such an amazing experience! She used amazing products and afterwards my skin was so smooth and GLOWING ! Sami is definitely my go to aesthetician for my skin care needs!
Had really disappointing experience, without getting even to the appointment. 1) They send a pdf file from corporate e-mail that is not encrypted with request to fill tone of paperwork and disclose my social and photos of my ID cards - who does that???? 2) The person I spoke on the phone prior the appt didn’t bother to take Insurence number to run it, see it if works or not, upon arrival I found out that they don’t take this particular Insurence. I give two stars because they still tried their best to be polite.
